AXE SOS was established by a group of former Ericsson consultants who have many years of experience with switch performance on all AXE applications covering mobile and wireline systems.

The services ‘Switch Performance Audit’, ‘Switch Performance Improvement’ or ‘Switch Optimisation’ are very often misunderstood and misused, by even the most experienced switch people in the telecom business.

Expertise in switch performance does not come from just working with O&M, Integration, Network Rollout or ELS activities, even though these competencies are very useful as a platform for switch performance. Switch performance is a methodology that can only be fully understood by being actively involved in the development and delivery of these services.

The most important difference between AXE SOS and other telecom services companies is that AXE SOS is firmly focused on switch performance. We have long experience of developing and delivering switch performance services, as defined by the Ericsson Core Network & Technology Consulting portfolio, and we continue to develop the services to include new applications and node types as mobile and wireline technology changes.
